Thank you! I’m trying to find new ways of thinking gastronomy and this one is definitely something that we, collectively, need to explore. I really think I can’t be health conscious in a supermarket and be very inquisitive about McDonalds and then leave to starred chefs all possible room whatsoever to do unhealthy things in the name of fine dining.
I think that you've have inspired me maybe a couple of two new posts for my own newsletter...hahahah. From the moment I read yours there was a brainstorming in my mind. Thank you!
